We’re honored to share our Website Photo Winner from the “Bake the Heart of the Mill” contest. This beautiful sourdough photo by Clare McMurtry captures exactly what this place is all about—simple ingredients, shared hands, and meaningful connection.

Thank you to everyone who participated and helped tell the story of Garrard Mills. This is just the beginning.

Welcome to Garrard Mills

A historic 1900s flour and corn mill in Lancaster, Kentucky—now in the process of restoration and being brought back to life as a place for gathering, real food, and shared tables.

We had a pickup truck of corn ground every Saturday morning with two bales of hay.
